Domestic Orders:

Due to increased package volumes and decrease in staffing at UPS, FedEx and USPS order processing and delivery will take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

In stock items: estimated 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

Made to order items: estimated 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out starting 4 business days from when the order is received.

Stolen or missing packages marked as delivered are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and reliable. 

Packages lost in transit are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Customers cover the cost of reshipping items that are returned to sender.

International Orders:

International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International - Arrival within 1-8 weeks. Customs and receiving postal processing times will vary.

Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel.

Returns

Reflektion Design stands behind the products we create. If your product has a manufacturing defect or damage – please contact us so we begin the exchange process. No refunds, exchange only.

To begin the exchange authorization process, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will request you ship the merchandise back and provide photographic proof of the production error or shipping damage.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are responsibility of the customer.

Pillows, mugs, fanny packs, flip flops, tote bags, scrunchies and journals are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there's a manufacturing defect. 

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your satisfaction and happiness is our top commitment. If an error was made on our part, we'll do what we can to fix it!
